Not so 'Supreme'

Right after the ruling basically outlawing Roe v. Wade as 'unconstitutional', Clarence Thomas mentioned that, essentially, Griswold vs. Connecticut (in which the Supreme Court said married couples have the right to obtain contraceptives); Lawerence v. Texas (which established the right to engage in private sexual acts); and Obergefell v. Hodges (which said there is a right to same-sex marriage) "were demonstrably erroneous decisions" (quote from cnbc.com), and should be "reconsidered by the court".
What was *not* on his list? Loving v. Virginia, which ruled that laws banning interracial marriage violate the Equal Protection and Due Process Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. He's African-American, his wife, Virginia 'Ginni' Thomas, is white. Wonder why he's okay with that one.....

By the way, one of the things to remember about the Roe v. Wade decision? Ginni Thomas was part of the seditious group that tried to overturn the election, and supported the attempted coup.

   The more you know.....
