When will it end?

On Tuesday, May 24, 2022, a man entered a school in Uvalde, Texas, and opened fire, killing over 20; almost all of them children.

Barely two weeks prior, someone shot up a market in Buffalo New York, in a racially-motivated attack, killing ten.

Before *THAT*...well, it's happening too quick to keep track of.
   Too many. Far too  many.
What's it going to take, to stop this shit? How many people, how many children, have to be sacrificed at the altar of MY FREEEEEDUMSSS!!! before it's enough? Will it take 50 more? A hundred? Will it take the lives of celebrities? Their children? Hell, will it take the lives of the children of politicians before they FUCKING DO SOMETHING???
Here's the thing...I don't want to hear about MY RIGHTS from *anyone* about this. I don't care what you think *your Rights* are. No one's *Rights'* are more important than anyone else's. And they sure as Hell aren't more important than the lives of innocent people.

   Especially children's.

Just a quick one

You ever wake up, and have a lot of things in your head, things you want to share with people? Things that seem logical (at least, in your sleep-addled state, anyway), and sensible, and all around intesting? And you want to just set them down so you can go over them and relive them and tell other people about them? Not really dreams, but just thoughts? And then you just lose them before you get a chance to write them down?

Well, that's one of the reasons as to why I have gaps here. I'll have an idea, think "I'll just write that down real quick!", and then either don't have a chance to, or something will come up and I'll forget. Then I get a chance to put something here and think, "Damn it!"
So, I'll try to put something up more frequently; whether it's a sensible thought, a quote, a rant, or a surprise, it'll at least be something.

So...how's your day going so far?

Quote of the moment

Before you silence yourself to keep the peace, ask yourself,"What is the worse thing that can happen if I use my voice?"
Usually, the answer is "This person may dislike me." That's it.

If you are silencing yourself for this reason, they already don't like you. They only like a fictional version of you.

Raise your voice.
